Avoid alcohol if you can.

When we drink excessively, we shoot our white blood cells – the major player in our immune system – in the feet. Alcohol combines with red blood cells and clogs up smaller blood vessels, reducing the flow of oxygen. Less oxygen is bad for your organs and results in a weaker immune system.
